ZX series Sequence Controller
Dust Filter Control’s initial success was built upon their ‘ZX series Sequence Controller’ an innovative concept based on analogue electronics which provided a robust and reliable product. The ‘ZX’ can still be found on many installations continuing to provide the service it was designed so well to do.
General Manager Laurence Fisher had been asked by several customers in the dust control industry for a more modern, microprocessor controlled, version of the ZX series. BPC’s Research and Development team came up with the new digital ‘KX’ system.

Building on the superb track record of the ‘ZX’ this new system offers even greater efficiency and is packed with many useful functions, including a real-time clock, as well as a lower part count, making for a more reliable product.
CCT’s successful partnership with BPC Electronics has led to more innovations and improvements in the range, including the user friendly KX7400 series.

BPC’s lighting division, LED Light Vision, has been manufacturing and distributing LED based products for nearly 10 years and is proud to have its range on display in many household name shops across Europe.

Offering bespoke customer requirements through partnerships, co-operation in innovation manufacturing emerging markets and clients high specification expectations.
Higher Power RGB Driver
Having enjoyed a long period of success with its 120 watt RGB driver, it became obvious to LLV that there was a requirement for a higher power driver to handle up to 10 reels of 5 metre RGB tape.
With the expertise of our BPC’s R&D team, it made it possible for LLV to add the dual control high power driver, with a choice of integral push button control or external switch to change the various lighting modes to their product lines.
ICAN 360 system
Advertising & Marketing
The ICAN 360 degree display system presented a number of challenges to the BPC development team. The brief from the client was to produce an innovative 360 degree advertising platform which would promote products and business nationwide.
Noise Reduction
Problems of noise reduction and picture definition were overcome with the resulting ICAN being successfully launched at a major London show.

The system from ICA Network Solutions LTD provides an exciting point of sale medium ideal for marketing campaigns, brand building exercises and product launches.
