PCB Machinery Assembly

Our placement machinery for the assembly of PCBs is state of the art and capable of placing any component currently widely used in the electronics industry.

BPC’s versatile printed circuit board production technology means that, with a combined placement rate of 26,000 components per hour, we can supply PCB batches ranging from short run prototypes to large production batches of subassemblies with a placement accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm: we can even place down to 0.3mm lead pitches!

Zelflex frameless stencil system

laser cut stencils technology

BPC’s automatic circuit board screen printer and our Zelflex frameless stencil system and laser cut stencils will ensure maximum accuracy and precision placing of all electronic components. We usually supply stencils but, if you already have a solder stencil, we can use any size from DEK240 to DEK249 and any in between.
